Anandi Swami Temple

Anandi Swamy Temple is a historical Hindu temple situated in Old Jalna. The nearest station from this place is Jalna Railway Station. From there there is good transport facility to Sri Anandi Swamy temple.Anandi Swami Temple is the place where Sri Sant Anandi Swami took Samadhi. It was built by the famous Maratha warrior Mahadji Scindia. This temple of Sri Anandi Swamy is said to be 250 years old and thus has some historical value. Also, there are many religious places nearby which you can visit if you are going to Sri Anandi Swamy Temple.Anandi Swami Temple is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. November to February is the best time to visit Anandi Swami Temple. However, if you want to see the Ashadhi Ekadashi fair, you should plan during the rainy season, although this is somewhat disturbing.
