City Garden

The City Garden, located in Thiruvarur, is known for the beautifully designed landscape and flowering plants. There are many pathways, a children’s playground and water fountains in the garden. Even though, the City Gardens are located within the commercial area of the town, it still affords the easy ambience of a place that exists separately from the hustle and bustle of the town. The place is a delight for both young and old, with carefully constructed pathways, water fountains and a special play area for children. It is easily approachable since it is in the middle of the town. The place has been planted with several rare varieties of evergreen trees. These ensure a constant supply of oxygen within the otherwise polluted city.
