Maharaja Chhatrasal Museum

Maharaja Chhatrasal Museum is a museum located in an old palace at Dhubela, on the Chhatarpur-Jhansi highway, in Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh, India. This museum was established in September, 1955 in a palace built by Chhatrasal for his residence.

Maharaja Chhatrasal Museum is housed in famous Dhubela palace and is located about 17 km from Chhatarpur on Chhatarpur-Naugaon road. This museum and the palace is one of the finest examples of Bundella architecture. The palace was constructed by Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundella as his residence and later on a part of the palace is converted into the museum. The museum was ingaurated by first Prime Minister Pt.

Jawahar Lal Nehru and has rich archaeological material collected from then Bundelkhand and Baghelkhand region.
