Nandeswar Devalaya

 

Nandeswar Devalaya is one of the oldest shrines located above the Nandeswar hill Goalpara which, is nearby the side of river Dudhnoi. Nandeswar hill offers a lovely view of the town from the top of the mountain. It is one of the ancient shrines in the Goalpara district. It was established in honor of Lord Shiva. Mahashivratri, Dol Jatra, and Durga Puja are the main festivals celebrated in this temple, and a large number of devotees come here from far away places to celebrate these festivals.
