Nathdwara

Nathdwara is the main seat of the Pushti Marg Vaishnav sect . Here is a magnificent temple of Nandanand Anandkand Shrinathji which is the main place of faith for crores of Vaishnavs . Every year lakhs of Vaishnav devotees from the country and abroad come here and enjoy the main festivals here and get overwhelmed. The approximately 337-year-old temple of Shrinathji is located at a distance of just 1 kilometer from the roadways bus stand located on the national highway. From where public transport auto rickshaw service is available at a fixed price (currently Rs 10 per person) to reach the temple. A 369 feet high statue of Lord Shiva weighing about three thousand tons is installed in Nathdwara

Mavli railway junction is situated near Nathdwara. Nathdwara has a good market and there are two government colleges affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University .
