Pushkar

Pushkar is one of the holy cities of the Aravalli range.it is a small town located 13kms from Ajmer and 140kms from Jaipur. The city is full of temples and it is enclosed by hills on its three sides. The Pushkar Lake holds historical importance and lots of bathing ghats have been built around the lake. Pushkar is the only place in the world which boasts of Lord Brahma’s temple. Thousands of Hindu tourists from all over the world come to Pushkar to have a bath in the holy waters of the Pushkar Lake. The Pushkar Camel Festival is also famous and attracts tourists.
