Roopnath Dhaam

Roopnath Dhaam is a place where you get to see many pilgrimage sites simultaneously, here you will find an ancient temple and cave of Lord Shiva, the temple of Shiva Parvati, Sitaram, and Radha Krishna, a small dam, ancient pool, inscription of Emperor Ashoka, high high huge rocks, a big pond, A unique statue of Lord Shiva which you will not see anywhere else. You get to see all these together in one place. This place is religious as well as full of natural beauty.Roopnath Dhaam is one of the major tourist destinations of Madhya Pradesh. This place is very beautiful and serene. This place is completely natural. Here you will find three kunds, which are known as Ram Kund, Sita Kund and Laxman Kund. Here the three pools are built on top of each other. The lowest pool is known as Lakshman Kund, the middle pool is known as Sita Kund and the top pool is known as Ram Kund. The specialty of these pools is that these pools are filled with clean water for 12 months. If you come in the rainy season, you will also get to see the waterfall here. There are large rocks over which the waterfall flows here. The water of the spring comes into the pool. The view of this waterfall is very good which attracts people towards it. You will also find a huge pond here. In which many people see you bathing. There is also a well of old times here. You can also go to the rocks above the Roopnath Dham temple. You will also see a dam there. Here the dam dries up in summer but in the rainy season the view of this dam is very picturesque. This dam is filled with water, you get to see blue water far and wide, in the rainy time. The view of the rocks here is also very beautiful, there are big rocks here in which you will enjoy photography.
