SHEVAROY TEMPLE

Shevaroy Temple is a historic temple located at the third highest point (5326 feet) on the flat top of Shevaroy Hills in Yercaud,Salem district.The temple stretches into a cave where believers come to worship Lord Servarayan and Goddess Kaveri. The panoramic view of the surrounding mountains from this plateau-like summit will give you plenty of photo ops.Nice cool weather at such altitudes makes the visit refreshing and enjoyable, but bring extra clothing just in case.
