Sandhan Valley

Sandhan Valley is one of the most spectacular gorges in the Western Ghats of India. It has been referred to as Maharashtra’s vey own ‘Grand Canyon’. It is famous for trekking.The valley is a natural crack in the mountains. It is 200 feet deep. It is stunning in its beauty, with streams rushing in between the rocks. Trekking through the valley is an amazing experience. One must cross a moss-covered rocky terrain with pools of water in between. There is a unique reverse waterfall nearby which is a popular tourist attraction.
