Sita Samahit Sthal Sitamarhi Bhadohi

This temple is situated on the banks of the Ganges, 11 km from Jangiganj Bazaar, situated between Allahabad and Varanasi. It is believed that at this place Mother Sita had merged herself into the earth. There is a 108 feet high statue of Hanumanji here, which has the distinction of being the world's largest statue of Hanumanji. With the immense efforts of Swami Jitendrananda Ji and the help of Shri Prakash Narayan Punj, this place has emerged as a tourist destination.
