Suramya Park

The Municipal Corporation has also built a picturesque park near Katayeghat for the entertainment of the city residents. In this more than 30 years old picturesque park, there are different swings and other facilities for children to play, and along with boating, a chugging vehicle is also available for visiting the park. People visit this park built in the midst of lush green valleys throughout the year. The Municipal Corporation has also established a gym and swimming pool here. People visit the park with their families on special occasions and along with having a picnic, they also entertain themselves with the facilities available in the park. At a short distance is the Katayeghat Anicut built on the Katni river. Where the years old Hanuman temple as well as the lush green valleys attract people.
