Tara Tarini Mandir
The Sankranti Mela is held on each Sankranti, i.e every 1st day of the each Hindu month. This day is considered to be very auspicious for Tantra Sadhakas. The temple stays open from 5:30 AM to 10 PM for the darshan of the deities. Offerings are not allowed inside the garbhagriha during the festival, they are offered to the Bije Pratima which is kept on the special Bije Pithastal during the festival, located near the temple's gate. Special khechudi bhoga prepared and sold to devotees for ?7 per packet by the temple trust

Siddha Bhairavi Temple
Devoted to goddess Bhairavi, Mandriti Siddha Bhairavi Temple is located in a small village of Mantridi, near Berhampur, in the district of Ganjam. The highlight of this temple is the idol of the presiding deity that features four hands and one leg. As per the stories associated with this temple, it is said that the image of goddess Bhairavi was excavated by a farmer during the process of ploughing. And in 1937, the idol was placed in newly built temple near Berhampur. Sailors and voyagers can also be seen seeking blessings and paying their homage to the goddess at this temple before heading for an excursion.

Potagada
The fort of Potagarh was the first Collectorate complex of Ganjam. Later on it was shifted to Berhampur in 1815 and subsequently to Chhatrapur in 1835, where it is continuing till to-day. Potagarh or the "burried fort" is named as such since it is burried. It is situated at present near a village named Ganjam between 180 15' and 200 15'N. Latitude and 830 49' and 850 15' E. Longitude on the mouth of river Rushikulya.

Shree Dhabaleswar Temple
The name Dhabaleswar (Dhabala or White + Eeswar or God) is attributed to a miracle performed by Lord Shiva. Once a thief stole a black bull calf from a village and fled to a Shiva temple. He hid himself with the calf in the sanctum while the angry crowd waited outside the temple. The crowd could clearly hear the calf calling out. The thief prayed fervently to Lord Shiva to deliver him from the crowd.

Tampara Lake
Tampara Lake is a 300-hectare (740-acre) fresh water lake situated on the right bank of the Rushikulya River, near Chhatrapur, the district headquarters of Ganjam district, Odisha, India. It is 23 km (14 mi) from the city of Brahmapur.The fresh water lake is connected to the Rushikulya River. The flood waters from the river enriches its biodiversity, thus the wetland supports 60 species of birds and 46 fish species. The lake is instrumental in flood control during the monsoon season.

Mahendragiri
Mahendragiri hill and its surrounding areas are recognized as a biodiversity hot spot due to numerous medicinal plants and other species that are found here. A haven for medicinal plants, Mahendragiri Hills, which is part of the Eastern Ghats, is home to over 600 flowering plants. The faunal diversity of the region is huge and particularly known for being a herpetofauna hotspot.
The Ministry of Environment and Forests, GoI ad proposed the State Government of Odisha in 1986 to declare the Mahendragiri hill as a Biodiversity Hotspot area. An expert committee of the Forest and Environment Department has also recommended that the bio-diversity hotspot Mahendragiri Hills should be declared as a Biosphere Reserve in 2014.

Shree Biranchi Narayana Temple
The temple was renovated by King Srikara Bhanjadeva in 1790. The presiding deity at the temple is Biranchi Narayan or Surya in the combination of Hindu trinity whose image was recovered from ruins at Maltigad. The imagery also features a chariot driven by seven horses with one wheel on its left side, with Aru?a as the chariot's driver.
The roof of the temple is constructed on a total of 46 pillars and contains intricate wood designs. Unlike the Konark temple, which faces east, the Birachi Narayan Sun Temple faces west. Consequently, while at Konark sun rays of the rising sun shine on the installed Surya, at the Biranchi Narayan Temple the rays of the setting sun fall on Surya's feet.

Dhabaleshwar Beach
Gopalpur beach is just 16 km from the city and used to be a busy sea port. The crumbling walls, pillars of jetty, fisherman's cove and an old light house come together to create a spectacular landscape.
