Shivappa Nayaka Palace Museum
The Shivappa Nayaka Palace is located on the banks of the Tunga river, off the busy lanes of Shivamogga. This monument to the glory of the Keladi Nayakas is built almost entirely of rosewood. Intricately carved wooden pillars and motifs on the walls take the pride of place inside the palace.
