Daria Daulat Bagh
At a distance of 3 km from Srirangapatna Railway Station & 16 Kms from Mysore, Daria Daulat Bagh also known as Tipu's Summer Palace is located in Srirangapatna. Hyder Ali commenced its construction in 1778 and his son Tippu Sultan completed it in 1784 AD. The palace is surrounded by a large garden on the southern bank of the river.
The palace was made with teakwood in Indo-Saracenic style. The pillars, walls, canopies, arches and the corridors are graced with several murals. They depict scenes of warfare by Hyder Ali and Tippu Sultan, the Nizams of Hyderabad, the British and French soldiers.

The Hazrat Tipu Sultan's Tomb
Located in Srirangapatnam Tombs of Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan is a site worth visiting. It is situated at a distance of 15 km from Mysore. Built in 1784 AD by Tipu Sultan for his parents, he was also buried here in 1799 AD. With a height of about 20 meters, this structure stands majestically. Ancient Shri Gowrishwara Swamy Temple
Gaurishvara Temple is located in the heart of Yalandur town in Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka state. The temple was built by a local chief named Singadeepa Devbhupala under Hadinadu Nayaka, a vassal of the 16th century Vijayanagara Empire.

Gundal Dam
Gundal Dam is a small reservoir near Kollegala Taluk in Chamarajanagar District, Karnataka. This dam is built between two hills. Nestled among the hills, it is an area with beautiful views.
