Negheriting Shiva Doul
The Negheriting Shiva Doul is a famous temple dedicated to lord Shiva situated at a hillock of Dergaon in the 37th National Highway in Golaghat district. The actual temple was built in 8th century AD by the Kacharis. But after the demolition of the temple due to some natural calamities it was re built by Ahom Swargadew Rajeswar Singha in 1765. The temple was planned and designed by famous architect Ghanashyam Khonikar.

Golaghat Baptist Church
The Golaghat Baptist Church established in December 1898, is one of the oldest and biggest Baptist Churches in Assam located in the city of Golaghat that had celebrated its Centenary Jubilee in the year 1999. The pioneering man behind the foundation of this church was Dr. O. L. Swanson, a missionary from America, who had come to Assam in 1893 along with his wife. Dr. Swanson was assisted by a number of local people to erect this church.

Nambor Wildlife Sanctuary
Nambor Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area located in Karbi Anglong district of Assam in India. This wildlife sanctuary covers an area of 37 km2. The area was declared as a sanctuary on 27 July 2000. It is located 25 km from Golaghat district and 65 km from the Kaziranga National Park.

Kakochang waterfall
Kakochang waterfall is also a well-known tourist attraction/picnic spot near Kaziranga. The remains of the historical Numaligarh can also be viewed from this place. The waterfall is located about 13 km from the Bokakhat, a place in the Jorhat Region of Assam.
