Watson Museum and Library

Aji Dam

Rampara Wildlife Sanctuary
Rampara Wildlife Sanctuary, situated near Morbi District, is a rare wooded area that offers a remarkable blend of shrubs, grasses and a variety of flora and fauna. Mahatma Gandhi Museum
Mahatma Gandhi Museum, Rajkot was previously known as Mohandas Gandhi Vidhyalaya, Alfred High School and Kathiawar High School established on 17th October 1853 with 36 students.
Gandhiji completed his graduation from Alfred High School (Kathiawar High School) in the year 1887. Out of 38 students who had passed the high school entrance examination, Gandhiji was one of only two students in his year of matriculate.
Mahatma Gandhi Museum is a grand tribute to 'Father of The Nation" Mohandas "Mahatma" Gandhi.

ISKCON Temple RAJKOT
Twelve hundred devotees from all over India and the rest of the world, as well as thousands of locals, gathered to celebrate the opening of a gorgeous new ISKCON temple in Rajkot, Gujarat. The festival was centered around Rama Navami and ran from April 12thto 14th.
The event was particularly joyous because it was the realization of a long-term dream by disciples of the late ISKCON guru Mahavishnu Swami.
Construction began twelve years ago, starting after Mahavishnu Swami performed the Bhumi Puja or groundbreaking ceremony in 2007, and going on under his guidance.

Ranjit Vilas Palace
Ranjit Vilas Palace is located in Rajkot, Gujarat, and was built by Maharaja of Wankaner H.H. Amarsinhji. It covers an area of 225 acres. Pradhyuman Zoological Park
Pradhyuman Zoological Park is located near Lalpari Lake in Rajkot, Gujarat. It is commonly referred to as the Pradhyuman/Rajkot Prani Sanghralaya. The area covered by the park is 137 acres wide. Lalpari Lake
At a distance of 6 km from Rajkot Junction, Lal Pari Lake is a picturesque natural lake located in the outskirts of Rajkot, Gujarat. It is one of the popular picnic spots for the travelers and among the best Rajkot Tourist Places.
Lake Lal Pari was constructed by the erstwhile rulers of Rajkot state in 1895. It was a part of Victoria Golden Jubilee Water Works. The lake gets its water from Lal Pari River, one of the smaller tributaries of Aji River. The big Lal Pari Lake offers a place for people to come and explore the beauty of nature in a surreal way.
